NUMA
Amura
Some chairs witness everything. Brilliant conversations and awkward silences, exclusive invitations and unwelcome guests, genuine laughter and polite smiles. They remain still, while around them people toast, whisper, and get bored.
Numa, present yet discreet, accompanies evenings without interfering, welcomes without clinging.
Someone may choose it to rest for a moment, someone else to observe the scene more closely.
Its light design seems to escape time, suspended between past and future. It defies definitions, evoking the classicism of ancient Rome and the formal purity of the contemporary. Its structure, drawn in just a few essential lines, combines metal rods and ribbons that curve to hold the seat in a suspended balance and shape, with a single fluid line,
the backrest and armrests.
